STRATEGY FOR SUCCESSFUL IMPLEMENTATION OF THE ZAKAT VILLAGE INDEX THROUGH HUMAN RESOURCE DESIGN IN THE ZAKAT VILLAGE PROGRAM, SIDOARJO REGENCY

The Zakat Village Index can be interpreted as a measuring tool that zakat managers use to know the condition of village and whether is eligible for assistance. This research was conducted analyze success implementation strategy through design human resources in program Sidoarjo Regency. problem implementing Index, there are obstacles, namely limited resources. method used interpretive qualitative by collecting data in-depth interviews, FGDs documentation. primary with object, results study show several obstacles related village, including first is, resources, second management competency third workload. To overcome these problems, solution needed, collaboration between agencies. Competency development also needs carried out, increasing employee competence on work index, evaluating workload role leaders program. implications this expected create resource Regency Index.
